Another reason for teh tarik

If you had read last week's Sunday Paper, you may have come to some point of excusing yourself for longer tea-breaks.

The Sunday Times - April 13, 2008. (Bottom front page)

"Scientist in Singapore have read the tea leaves, and found that a cuppa of the tea brew is good for the brain."

And what was more over-whelming, when the 4-year study shows that, any type of tea will do just fine!

"The main findings is that tea slows down brain-cell degeneration and thus keeps the mind sharp into old-age."

My wonderful Teh Tarik from Raffee's Teh Tarik Corner @ Amoy Street Market

"Tea was the distinguishing factor keeping brain cells energised."

So when shall we have our next tea party, so that we can upbeat our brains! :D
ps: I'm sipping my hot evening tea now....Ahhhhhhhh
