CRIME PREVENTION - A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
These cases were committed between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm during weekends. In all these cases, female victims holding handphones were targeted.
The culprit would approach the victim suddenlly from the front or rear, and snatch her handphone away.
The description of the culprit is as follows:
- Male / 30 years old
- Tanned complexion
- Slightly plump
- Last seen wearing T-shirt, blue jeans and carrying a blue and black backpack
